Technology & Equipment Used

We use refrigeration equipment from KIRLOSKAR in collaboration with KIRLOSKAR PNEUMATIC COMPANY LIMITED, renowned as one of the largest manufacturers of industrial refrigeration equipment, rated among the world's best.

Insulation :-

Our cold storage facilities are built with insulated PUF panels from Lloyd Insulation (India) Ltd. PUF panels are cooling efficient and fireproof, comprising closed cells that are ideal for deep freezers and cold storage. Perishable items can be stored in such rooms for longer periods without spoilage. These chambers are built on engineering principles to provide maximum cooling effect and maintain hygienic conditions.

With the help of modern and latest cooling technology, we can maintain cold store temperatures from 0°C to 6°C.
Ripening Chambers for all kinds of fruits and vegetables using Ethylene (Natural hormone for ripening).
Grading and packing as per international standards for exports and providing storage and loading facility for refrigerated containers for exports and imports.

Frozen Storage Facilities :-

The unit provides Cold Storage services where the temperature can be maintained from room temperature to 0°C, along with transportation services for our clients. Our cold storage units are well-equipped with modern facilities to ensure the safe and hygienic storage of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Products to store in Cold Stories :-

Fresh fruits and vegetables, imported and local dry fruits, nuts, and other horticulture products. Separate chambers for fruits like apples, pears, grapes, cherries, plums, kiwis, and others, in which temperatures and humidity are maintained as per the requirements of the fruits. Pulses, dates, spices, and condiments.
